Week One- Pencil Crayon Tower
Our design used triangles at the base and a point in the middle in order to make it stronger and more stable, as it went up we attached the pencil crayons one by one on top of the base to give it a lot of height while using fewer pencil crayons.
Originally the entire structure was built using 3 pencil crayons as the base, spread out wider, similar to the base in the picture, and stacking the same structure on top of each other.
Communication was very important in this challenge because by working together and communicating we were able to have more ideas thrown out on how to approach this, and the result from that was a stable and decently tall design
The final height was 60cm (image above is not the structure measured)
Ours was much shorter, mostly due to the time limit resulting from our attempt at a different design
